How Interns are Engaged / Job roles for Interns

Interns at SES are required to be physically present at one of the SES centers for 6-8 hours each day (as per requirement) throughout the duration of the internship.

1. On-ground tasks

Conducting or assisting in organizing awareness sessions for children, staff or community.
Keeping records of activities such as counselling sessions, health check-ups for children.
Conducting or assisting during home visits for mobilization, personalized counselling and mentoring of children and/or their families.

2. Desk-based tasks

Maintaining and verifying stocks.
Assisting in financial activities such as accounting, auditing.
Contributing to documentation, detailed report-writing and proposal writing for new initiatives.
Contributing to fund raising.
Managing social media handles.
Engaging with those contributing to the NGO or potential contributors in any way.
